In summer 2022, Plei expanded into its 10th region, this time landing in the City of Angels: Los Angeles, California. 🎥

Located just 10 miles northwest of Long Beach in the city of Carson, this indoor facility has been serving local ballers with some of the most exciting leagues, tournaments & youth programming for some years now.
With two (2) equally-sized turf fields to their name, Xander Sports is also a hotspot when it comes to pickup play, so you know Plei had to swoop in to see what it was all about. You can look forward to some vibrant 5-a-side here, by the way. As per usual with synthetic surfaces like these, be sure to wear either turf cleats or sneakers.
Both pitches are set up parallel to each other and separated by a corridor space in a unique set-up where spectators can easily watch along, either by standing or sitting on either of the two sets of bleachers available here. On competition days, expect the Carson facility to look something like what you see above.
Although pickup holds a special place in our hearts, it’s no hiding that leagues & tournaments are the heart of Xander Sports. They offer a formidable year-round menu of leagues & tournaments that cater to adults & kids of all ages and skill levels. With their socially-encouraging interior, it would be a shame for this South Bay venue to not be able to accommodate things like birthday parties and other special events. Luckily, Xander Sports does just that. Apart from their facility being available daily for private gatherings & field rentals, they also host unique events from time to time, including wrestling competitions.
Now that’s versatility right there.
