There’s a reason why they attract athletes from so many different parts of the surrounding areas that they serve. 🤷
We could only be talking about Westmont Yard Indoor Sports Complex, home to a spacious rubber infill turf space measuring 180 feet by 270 feet. As you can imagine, this is where the majority of the action goes down. 🔥
From end to end, this pitch makes for games as large as 9v9, but you’ll find that more often than not, it will be divided into three (3) separate fields. These fields, each measuring 90 feet by 180 feet, are perfectly sized for 7v7 games.
Soccer isn’t the only sport that takes place here, though. The field happens to boast plenty of room for the purposes of American football and lacrosse. 🏈🥍
Just keep in mind that the only equipment Westmont Yard provides are soccer goals. You’ll have to bring your own ball. For lacrosse players, make sure to bring your own nets. 🥅
This turf field space area is fully furnished with a total of 36 skylights that provide natural light during the day, giving daytime matches here and outdoor feel without actually being outside. 🌞
A lot of the attraction behind this facility has to do with its convenient location in the heart of the near-southwest suburbs of Chi-Town. As a result, they see visitors coming from all corners of this region, including Hinsdale, Westmont, Darien, Downers Grove, Oakbrook, Western Springs, Woodridge, Naperville, & Chicago. 🗺️
Westmont Yard Indoor Sports Complex is a full-service recreation center. As a result, the facility offers everything from childcare, youth camps, a playroom, birthday parties, special events, adult soccer, football, after-school programs and much more. 🗓️
