Plei wasn’t letting up in early 2024. In late February, we expanded to yet another new market to bring our state count up to 14: Boston, Massachusetts! 🦞
Beyond our partnerships with private pickup facilities, we also work to have a presence at the fields found at local public parks! Victory Field in Watertown is one of those. As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner fields in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬

Situated in Watertown, Massachusetts, Victory Field is a hub for athletes, both casual and serious, to enjoy playing their favorite sports. This park features one (1) synthetic turf pitch that’s lined for 11-a-side games! Regardless if you get the W or not, everyone wins when you have a beautiful field like this with top-notch goals available. ⚽
The quality of Victory Field’s spaces are well-known in the surrounding areas. That’s why it comes as no surprise that, in addition to hosting pickup soccer games, Victory Field hosts footy leagues. Hub Sports Boston holds some of their games here, like their Men’s 7v7 and Coed 7v7 leagues.
Be sure to check their leagues out. After all, what’s more fitting than being crowned champions of Victory Field! 🏆
Boasting 10 acres, Victory Field has so much to offer in addition to great soccer spaces. The field lined for footy is surrounded by a 6-lane running track that is free for you to use. You can also find bleacher seating in this area, so if you need a place to take a breather after your footy session, they got you covered! 🏃
Beside this pitch, you’ll find one (1) synthetic turf field that’s lined for football, soccer and lacrosse. With this space being used for local high school athletics programs, this space has overhead lights and a more extensive bleacher section.
Just next to this multi-purpose space, Victory Field offers a synthetic turf baseball field as well. Though it shares space with other fields, this baseball diamond is the real deal. It also features overhead lights for night games, bleacher seating, two dugouts and two bullpens. ⚾
There are times where these are in high demand, but no need to worry. Beyond the baseball diamond’s left field, you’ll find turf spaces of varying size where you can train, or kick around with friends!
With a little something for everyone, Victory Field boasts one (1) basketball court and five (5) tennis courts. The rising popularity in racquet sports has resulted in pickleball lines being added to these courts. That makes for ten (10) pickleball courts in total! 🤯
For kids, Victory Field has a playground just north of the runner’s track, which is perfectly suited for children ages 2-5. And if you’re looking for a spot to relax, this park has picnic tables, a snack shack with refreshments. Restrooms are found in the fieldhouse and open for public use!
Honestly, what doesn’t Victory Field have? high-quality field space, options and convenience make this park a must-visit spot in the Greater Boston Area!
