In June 2021, the Plei App expanded into our 5th City, Dallas, Texas 🤠. Since June 2021, we have been hosting pickup games at Universal Soccer Arena, and we are looking forward to continuing doing so for many years to come. As part of our new blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down.
Inside, Universal Soccer provides a concession stand where players and guests can buy some refreshments and snacks. There are also numerous picnic tables to sit and relax at before, after or between games if you need to refill on stamina!
Casuals beware: Universal Soccer is known for their games becoming very competitive, so come prepared and leave feedback afterwards to let us know how your experience went!
A nice touch, there are walking corridors dividing the three main fields with standing areas along the outsides to spectate matches and socialize about the latest transfer news in world football.
Common in most pickup facilities, Universal Soccer hosts competitive and recreational leagues; women, men, co-ed, and youth divisions are all offered. Field rentals are available for friendly games and they also accommodate birthday parties and other group events in their fun and family-friendly atmosphere.
Despite being a facility with common amenities and services, Universal Soccer considers themselves the best place in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to play soccer. The venue can get packed on a nightly basis, so the statement sure is backed up by the locals!
