Back in July 2021, Plei continued its expansion efforts, stepping foot for the first time in our 6th market, the DMV. 🦅
Since July 2024, we have been hosting pickup games at The Michael & Son Sportsplex at Dulles in Virginia, and we are looking forward to continuing doing so for many years to come. 🤩

And at this facility, footy fanatics will be able to express their love for soccer by showcasing their skills on three (3) well-maintained, rink-style indoor turf fields! With each pitch surrounded by dasher-boards, glass and nets, you’ll seldom have to worry about the ball going out of play. What baller wouldn’t love nonstop footy action? ♥️
Luckily for you, the action doesn’t stop with footy pickup! The Michael & Son Sportsplex at Dulles shows their dedication to the beautiful game by offering Adult Soccer Leagues, giving ballers a chance to strive for indoor glory and lift some silverware. They feature leagues like Coed, Men’s Open, Men’s Over 35, Men’s Over 40, and Women’s Over 40, too!
No team? No problem! You can register as a free agent and the Michael & Son Sportsplex will take care of the rest. 😏
This facility isn’t just a go-to destination for adult soccer players. They’ve got youth soccer on lock, offering leagues, programs and camps for all little kickers in Loudoun County. Rec and travel youth soccer leagues are available for U8 - U18 ballers. These leagues are held on Saturdays and Sundays, with each team guaranteed to play six matches!
For the youngest players, aged 18 months to 6 years-old, the Sportsplex at Dulles offers Soccer Bugs classes. This program was designed by experienced coaches, psychologists and teachers with the aim of developing youth soccer players mentally and physically through the beautiful game. Kids get to enjoy curated games that support motor skills, social skills, and cognitive growth. 🧑🏫
For parents looking to help their kids level up in soccer while having fun, the Michael & Son Sportsplex at Dulles has Sportsplex Soccer Training (SST) classes available. This 8-week program, for players aged 6 - 12, is designed to teach soccer fundamentals to the footy stars of tomorrow. Be sure to sign up before everyone else for a special early bird discount!
Beyond the three turf fields we mentioned previously, the Michael & Son Sportsplex at Dulles has three (3) indoor, rink-style hard courts. You know what that means, right? You can swap the cleats and turf shoes for flat, gum-sole kicks. Channel your inner Joga Bonito and join their adult futsal league!
Hard courts are such versatile spaces, and there’s no exception to these spaces. These courts can be used for inline hockey, volleyball, and it even features retractable basketball hoops for pickup bball games. 🏀
We’ve mentioned league play for turf soccer and futsal, but the Sportsplex at Dulles also boasts adult leagues for inline hockey, pickleball and cornhole. Have you ever heard of a cornhole league before? We haven’t either, but it sounds like a lot of fun! 😎
In addition to the youth soccer league we mentioned earlier, young athletes have youth programs available for them to enjoy. Some programs include First Step Basketball Academy, Flag Football, Field Hockey, Speed and Agility, Volleyball classes, Lacrosse classes, School Day Off Camp, Nerf Battles, and Parents Night Out.
