In summer 2022, Plei expanded into its 10th region, this time landing in the City of Angels: Los Angeles, California. 🎥
Another one of the pickup facilities that we have partnered with in the region is Santa Clarita Sports Center! As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬

We’re of course talking about Santa Clarita Sports Center, located in - you guessed it - the city of Santa Clarita. 🏙️
The third most populous city in Los Angeles County, Santa Clarita is best known for the Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park, which, ironically enough, happens to be situated just outside city limits. 🎢
After Six Flags, though, Santa Clarita Sports Center is your next best attraction. You can trust us on that one. 😉
Enough beating around the bush. Let’s get into what you probably came to this blog for: the footy details. ⚽
At SCSC, you’ll find a total of two (2) indoor turf fields for your enjoyment. One of these two fields is sized for 6v6 and 7v7 games, while the other one is much smaller and can accommodate small 3v3 games for adults or youth games of larger size. 👌
You can look forward to Open Play hosted by the facility as well as pickup action via Plei year-round at this facility, but that’s not all they offer. SCSC runs youth and adult soccer leagues for male, female and co-ed categories all year long. 🏆
The facility prides themselves on catering to players of all ages and skill levels, ensuring that all their games are fair and competitive for all. 🙌
The Santa Clarita venue is also huge on youth programming. They offer child development programs for both soccer and baseball. That’s right, this is a multi-sport facility. You can also look forward to dodgeball and even futsal, as the turf on the small field can be lifted to reveal a hard court. 🆒
Our favorite part of Santa Clarita Sports Center has to be their dedicated social area in between the two turf fields, equipped with a full-fledged bar. You’ll find numerous tables in his space, as well as TVs so you can catch some live matches. 📺
If you’re 21+, don’t hesitate to grab yourself a drink and relax after your pickup game. 🍻
Naturally, having a space like this makes the facility an ideal location for all kinds of special events. SCSC offers a vibrant atmosphere that can turn any birthday party or corporate event into an electric one. ⚡🥳
