Launched in early 2019, the unofficial Spring Break capital of the world, Broward County, FL, made its way onto Plei as an extension of our home Miami-Dade region. 🏖️
Beyond our partnerships with private pickup facilities, we also work to have a presence at the fields found at local public parks! North Community Park in Coral Springs is one of those. As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner fields in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬

At 38 acres, North Community Park is easily the city’s largest park and takes full advantage of its size with a formidable list of amenities that cater to both athletes & casual park-goers.
Broward County is home to plenty of stunning places to enjoy the beautiful game, and North Community Park is just another one on that list. Featuring two (2) separate full-size synthetic pitches for 11v11, local ballers are truly in for a special treat here.
11-a-side is not all that’s on the cards, though; these Coral Springs footy fields are designed to accommodate games of multiple sizes. As a result, each pitch can be split in half to satisfy smaller groups of up to 8v8.
This sort of versatility opens the door for up to four different matches to be happening all at once across both fields. How about that?
Unfortunately, the soccer details at this complex end here, but there’s still plenty more to enjoy if you’re a lover of all sports. First off, we can’t forget to mention that these synthetic fields are also lined for lacrosse and flag football.
At the heart of North Community Park, you can find a set of four (4) baseball/softball fields that the North Springs Little League call home.
The remaining sporting amenities can be found near the southeast corner of the park, just east of the main parking lot. Hoopers can rejoice thanks to the inclusion of a pair of basketball courts as well as an additional half court.
Immediately next to this half court is a sand volleyball court, which is partially covered by the surrounding groves. Last but certainly not least, a pair of tennis/pickleball courts complete the list of sports that can be played here.
North Community Park stands out as a hotspot for athletic activities, but it’s also a top location to just enjoy the great outdoors. Whether you’re looking to host a picnic with family & friends, take a stroll along the lake or sit back and relax in the sun, this park has something for everyone to enjoy.
