Back in April 2022, the Plei App expanded into a new market: Denver, Colorado! 🏔️ Introducing our latest destination in the Mile High City: Lowry Sports Complex! As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our favorite public fields in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬

You know we’re back in the Mile High City when we’re serving views like these! Lowry Sports Complex offers the best of Colorado in one outdoor facility: Majestic blue skies bordered by mountains in the background. Kicking it here will make you feel as if you’re playing soccer in paradise. 🤩
Located in the Lowry neighborhood of Denver, an area known for its former Air Force base, this complex is made for sports fanatics, both competitive and casual. So, if you play multiple sports, Lowry Sports Complex will have exactly what you’re looking for! 🤗
Though this complex has so many field options, the main attraction here is (you guess it) the footy pitches! 😍
Lowry Sports Complex offers two (2) full-size turf soccer fields. We will be featuring exciting 11v11 pickup games on these spaces, and we know you’re bound to feel like a pro playing on these picturesque pitches. 🕺✨
These two amazing fields aren’t the only soccer-specific spaces they have here either. Lowry Sports Complex also has three (3) smaller footy pitches on the southwest part of the complex, closer to the E Fairmount Drive part of the park. There’s plenty of space here for the beautiful game! And what soccer player doesn’t love more space! ⚽️
Across from these fields, you’ll also find three (3) outdoor basketball courts. So, if you like to hoop you’ll have plenty of courts to choose from. ⛹️♂️
Trying to work on your tennis swing? Just behind the basketball courts, Lowry Sports Complex has four (4) tennis courts for public use. Both the basketball ball and tennis courts are easily accessible from the parking lot closest to E Fairmount Drive, as well. 🎾
For the kiddos, there’s a playground located just beyond the tennis courts with slides and a cool obstacle course. Kids often find ways to get dirty (hey, it’s a playground after all), but worry not, parents! There’s a restroom located close by for your convenience. 🛝
If you’re trying to practice a different sort of swing, Lowry Sports Complex also has one (1) baseball field and two (2) softball fields. SIde note: baseball and softball diamonds are perfect for a game of kickball, too! ⚾🥎
To round everything off (no pun intended) Lowry Sports Complex has something for the hockey-lovers too. How could they not? It’s Denver, Colorado after all. This facility has one (1) multi-purpose rink with hockey goals. 🏒🥅
With plenty of space to grill and have picnics, Lowry Sports Complex is truly a space built for the community. 🧺
