In summer 2022, the Plei App expanded into its 10th region, this time landing in the City of Angels: Los Angeles, California. 🎥 Another one of the facilities that we have partnered with in the region is Galaxy Park! As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬

Located within Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA and brought to you by the LA Galaxy, this one-of-a-kind recreational space and urban park was established in 2023, adding to the already long list of attractions and amenities found on this site. 📃
If you’re a loyal LA Galaxy supporter, you’ll instantly fall in love with this facility, and it’s easy to see why. Galaxy Park is home to a total of five (5) synthetic turf courts, each one designed for classic 5-a-side play.
On top of that, you’ll find a pair of hardground futsal courts, which double for the purposes of pickleball as well. These courts can be found on the south side of Galaxy Park.
Each hard court boasts four (4) pickleball courts, which translates to a grand total of eight (8) courts at the disposal of pickleball lovers all across Carson and beyond.
Meanwhile, the world’s fastest growing sport also holds a presence at Galaxy Park. Topping it all off is a set of four (4) padel courts located on the southwest end of the facility.
All field & court spaces here are open for public rental use, but leagues, tournaments and futsal drop-ins are also prominent. And let’s not forget pickup play via the Plei App, the newest way to ball out at Galaxy Park. 📲
Another huge amenity at Galaxy Park is its spaciousness, which makes it an indisputable choice for large social events & gatherings. The facility is particularly huge on hosting watch parties, so be sure to add them as a priority in case you can’t get home game tickets to watch the LA Galaxy in their stadium literally right next door - or if they’re playing away from home. 🏟️
Saying that Galaxy Park is easy on the eye is an understatement, because this place is nothing short of stunning. From the vibrant blue courts to the unbeatable Southern California atmosphere and the unique setting within the athletic paradise that is Dignity Health Sports Park, playing some 5v5 futsal here will really make you feel like you rule the galaxy. 🌌
