In November 2022, Plei officially expanded into our 13th market, Atlanta, Georgia! 🍑 Another one of the pickup facilities that we have partnered with in the region is Georgia Wolves Soccer Club; we’ve been hosting games here since August 2024! As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
Now owned by the Georgia Wolves Soccer Club as of early 2024, this turf was previously installed as a bonus attraction at Plaza Las Americas, a Latin-themed shopping mall in Lilburn, Georgia. 🛍️
From end to end, this unique field space can accommodate 9v9 pickup games, but it can also be split into two (2) separate fields for up to 7-a-side.
Remodeled and better than ever, the facility continues to be an exciting destination for only the best outdoor pickup, but that’s not all that’s offered here.
Georgia Wolves Soccer Club’s goal is to develop future soccer talents, and they offer all the necessary programming to make it happen. Their academy is as certified as they come, with age groups ranging from U8 and going all the way up to U17.
The field is located immediately behind the mall, so you’ll want to make your way around and park in any of the spots right beside the turf. 🅿️
Before or after your pickup game, feel free to take a walk around the mall; maybe stop by Adrian’s Soccer to grab yourself some new gear. Once you finish playing and you’ve worked up an appetite, you can head to the food court and take your pick from a total of 11 different restaurants, each offering a style of Latin cuisine.
It may seem out of the ordinary to pull up to a plaza mall to play some soccer, but that’s exactly the intention of Plaza Las Americas. Not only are they trying to enhance Latin culture in Georgia, but they aim to do so by also offering experiences that go beyond what you’d experience at any other mall. 🆒

The main goal of Plaza Las Americas is to recreate the “Plaza Central” experience that is a common theme in most cities across Latin America. They’re a 136,000 sq. ft. haven for all things Latin culture, a one-stop-shop for dining, groceries, clothing shopping, entertainment and professional services. You name it, Plaza has it. 😅
