Just two days after we announced our expansion into California’s capital in April 2024, Plei doubled down by launching in another huge West Coast market: the San Francisco Bay Area! 🌉
We kicked off our presence in this diverse region by partnering with SFF Soccer’s Mission Bay Field! We then doubled down by joining forces with The Park San Jose. As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬

We couldn’t be more thankful, really. Located on the Kentfield campus of the College of Marin are a variety of sporting surfaces that cater to a number of different pastimes, one of which being the beautiful game.
Although there are multiple fields dedicated to the sport, only one is dedicated to small-sided games: a synthetic turf soccer field, equipped for your choice of either 5v5 or 6v6. You can find this pitch immediately to the east of the College of Marin’s sand volleyball courts, bordered to the north by a baseball field and to the south by the campus’s tennis courts and full-sized soccer field & track.
Officially known as the Futsal Field, the College of Marin allows this space to be used by the general public for more than just soccer purposes. Although primarily lined for footy, lacrosse and field hockey players can easily get by.
We wouldn’t even rule out being able to host fitness programs here. After all, synthetic turf surfaces are pretty versatile.
Plei first hosted a pickup game at College of Marin’s futsal field on September 7, 2024, and we continue to play here today.
