As our 19th market and third new region of the year, the Plei App officially expanded to Phoenix, Arizona in February 2024. 🏜️ The first facility that we have partnered with in the Valley of the Sun is American Sports Centers, a multi-sport indoor complex in the city of Avondale.
As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
That’s right: American Sports Centers, located in the city of Avondale, is nothing short of huge. We’ll get into all the details shortly. ⏬
Volleyball, basketball, flag football and - of course- the beautiful game: these are all the sports that can be played at ASC, ensuring that no athlete is left out of the action. 🙌

The two turf soccer fields are both suitable for 5v5 and 6v6 games, offering a bit of versatility that all players can appreciate. 😃
Something else that players can appreciate: cameras installed on the fields capturing all the action. If you happen to put up an MOTM performance during your pickup game, be sure to head to Live Barn to play back those Messi-esque moments and share them on social media. 📲
For spectators looking to catch some live sports action in person, tables and bleachers are installed along the sides of all the fields & courts. 🪑
Another great amenity that ASC offers is a 4,000 square foot multi-purpose room which can be used for large gatherings of all types. Whether it’s a birthday party, corporate event or camp, the facility has you covered in that department. 🥳
To accompany this, you’ll also find a full-fledged concessions area by the entrance featuring a wide variety of food and drink options. Take advantage of this, especially if you’re one to get hungry after a tough pickup game. 😋
Such a large facility is bound to be quite a busy one, and that’s exactly the case at ASC. The complex hosts a wide variety of leagues, classes and clinics for athletes of all ages across all their sports. 🏐🏀🏈⚽
On the weekends, you’ll see an attractive combination of tournaments, leagues and special events throughout the year. 🗓️
