This day was inevitable, wasnβt it? π
Weβll get straight to the point. Ty S, who previously went on a spectacular run to take the top spot in our Players of the Month leaderboard in 3 consecutive months from May to July, has returned to the summit after missing out this past August. π
This isnβt any ordinary victory for him, though. Playing 32 times in September, Ty has now become a Plei App champion for a record 4th time, officially surpassing Michael G to become the lone player with the most POTM trophies ever! GOAT status confirmed. π
We spoke last month about Melchior V - who placed 3rd in August - achieving a personal best of 26 games along the way. In his time on the Plei App, though, heβs never finished higher than 3rd place. That is, until now! The South Floridian officially earns a highest placement badge, placing 2nd to grab silver with 27 games, breaking his personal best in the process! Letβs go, Melchior! π₯
A debutant rises to the podium in spectacular fashion! Introducing Alexis M, a Mexican baller from our Houston region. He played 25 times to secure a bronze medal! He only signed up this past July and has already played 44 times since joining the Plei App. Congrats, Alexis! π₯
Sergio S comes just one game short of matching his new personal best that he managed to set last month. The Venezuelan played 21 times to lock into 4th place for September! A reminder that Sergio has never made it into the podium before, but he is creeping ever so closer! We canβt wait to finally celebrate this imminent success! π
Maryland in the house! Princess K lands in 5th place for September, which earns them a highest placement badge! With 21 games played, Princess also achieves a new personal best, surpassing her previous best of 18 games. Itβs a huge improvement across the board because they had previously never placed higher than 13th, which Princess achieved in two separate occasions since joining in February. π₯π¦
Another baller makes his debut in our leaderboards! Congrats to Wesley M, a Colombian baller from South Florida, who played 21 times to grab a hold of 6th place. He only joined in late June. Weβre glad that youβre enjoying the app, Wesley! π¨π΄
Coming in 7th place is Angie C, who makes it 5 consecutive appearances in the Top 15 this year! A reminder that she only made her leaderboard debut in May, so she is on a hot streak right now! Her current personal best is 27 games, and her highest ever placement is 3rd place, which she achieved this past July. Keeping Houston on the map! π
From 8th to 10th place, we have three debutants who all played 20 games, each from a different region! Congrats to Gaston A from Dallas, Luis M from Los Angeles, and Junior T from Houston! We hope to see more of them in the coming months. Keep it up, boys! π€ π₯π
Previously having debuted back in June, Eduardo R returns to the Top 15 after missing out in July and August with a 19-game performance. Itβs a new personal best for him, and he also earns a highest placement badge in 11th place! Vamos, Eduardo! π»πͺ
Debutants take up our 12th, 13th and 15th spots this month! Congrats to Medhi A (12th), Sergio R (13th) and Bryan H (15th), who all play their footy in South Florida! π΄
Finally, we have last monthβs champ John G in 14th place! We want to remind everyone that he put an end to Tyβs 3-month win streak in August after a solid 33-game performance, despite only joining on the first day of the month! Will John become a Top 15 regular going forward? Will he return to the summit one day? We can only wait and find out! π
