Here are the players that played the most in the following regions that did not make this monthโs Top 15:
๐ฆ Boston: Ryan L & Jon R (17 Games)
๐ Chicago: Mark C (14 Games)
๐๏ธ Denver: Juan H (14 Games)
๐ Detroit: Jc E (13 Games)
๐ข Orlando: Le Jay (15 Games)
๐ Philadelphia: Ahmed S (16 Games)
Congrats to these players and the many others that put in work every month in our growing regions! We see you! ๐ฅณ

Looks like someone has gotten used to being at the top in very quick fashion. ๐
Last month, he just barely did enough to earn his first-ever gold medal, having played 31 games to just barely edge out our silver medalist. History has repeated itself again, but this time with a little bit of extra comfort for our champion. Heโs none other than Curtis C! ๐ฅ
The DFW baller becomes just the third player in Players of the Month history to achieve back-to-back status as well as become a champion on more than one occasion. With 36 games under his belt this past month, he was in a league of his own during April, an effort fully-deserving of another crown. ๐๐
While Curtis has managed to maintain himself at the peak of our rankings in consecutive months, another player seems to be getting comfy on the podium as well. That player is Japanese baller Taka S, who has achieved yet another silver medal thanks to a convincing 27-game performance. Taka plays his Plei App footy in South Florida, first debuted back in November 2023 and seems to be heating up as we approach the summertime. Weโre excited to see what else heโs able to do in our rankings.ย
Perhaps gold is on the cards for him very soon? ๐ฅ๐
Marking his second POTM appearance of the year and third all-time by earning himself his first-ever podium finish is Camilo P! The Colombian last appeared in the table back in January when he managed 21 games to finish in 6th place. He has now gone on to break both of his personal records with a 26-game performance and a bronze medal to show for it. ๐ฅ
Solid stuff to say the least. The next player in our rankings this month has also managed a similar feat: Eduardo C! The Mexican baller who plays his pickup out in Houston finishes in 4th place with 25 games played, hence earning both new highest placement and personal best badges in his second leaderboard appearance of the year. ๐
Not much needs to be said about Sergio S that hasnโt already previously been said. The Venezuelan is now up to 9 consecutive months of Top 15 appearances with a 24-game performance to finish in 5th place for April. At this point, weโre fully expecting him to break his personal best record of 26 games (and maybe even snatch another gold medal in the process) before he even considers missing out on a leaderboard and breaking his streak. ๐
Our first of four new faces this month finds himself in 6th place with a strong performance: Uriel G! This Houston baller has clearly found himself a new pastime in the Plei App, having played 24 times this past month. More of the same next month, Uriel! ๐
Yet another South Floridian seems to be turning up the heat to coincide with these temperature increases, and it just had to be Melchior V. 23 games played during April has earned the Plei App veteran a 7th place finish in what is his third-consecutive leaderboard appearance in 2024. ๐
Our next two debutants take up the 8th and 9th place spots after they both managed to play 23 games in April. Fun fact: like Uriel, they are also both from H-Town. Congrats to Humsar K and Korede A! ๐ฅณ
The last time we saw Houston take Players of the Month gold, it was two players that shared the crown back in December 2023. Could the region manage this sort of feat once again? ๐
Having missed out last month, Donald S returns in 10th place to mark his third POTM appearance this year. The American has previously finished as high as third place and boasts a personal record of 23 games, a figure that he was just one game away from equalling in April. ๐ค
Our final debutant of the month is a bit of a unique one: itโs Octavio I from New York! If you follow our Players of the Month blog series, you may know that NYC ballers donโt often appear in our reviews, which makes the occasional representation all the more important. New York has slowly but surely become one of the Plei Appโs most vibrant and exciting regions to enjoy the beautiful game, so we wonโt be surprised when more Big Apple ballers start to pop up in our Top 15. ๐
That being said, Octavio has finished in 11th with 22 games played. ๐
Itโs a second leaderboard appearance in a row for Anthony G since making his debut in March! While the Los Angeles baller couldnโt quite manage to play more games than he did last time out, he did end up placing in 12th to earn himself a new highest placement badge. ๐ฅ
For the first time since September 2023, itโs a return to the Top 15 for Princess K, who is a DMV pioneer for being the first from her region to make the leaderboard nearly a year ago in May 2023. With 21 games to her name, she finishes in 13th place. ๐ฆ
We normally donโt dedicate a paragraph to all 15 of our players that appear in our rankings each month, but the exception just had to be made for April 2024. ๐คท
Thatโs because we have two former champions taking up our last two spots, with one of them making a well overdue return to our leaderboard. Letโs start with Shivendra S, who of course put up an incredible 43-game debut performance this past February to rise to the top. That figure is actually the second-most games played in a single month by any Plei App player, only bested by the 47 that Michael G managed back in October 2023. ๐
With that being said, guess whoโs casually sitting in 15th place? ๐
Coincidentally enough, โMichael Myersโ makes his first appearance since that record-breaking month. Four ex-champions in one leaderboard? Thatโs quite a lot of greatness. ๐

We love to highlight the growing diversity of the Plei App community. A total of 30 different countries filled up our Top 100 in April, with 7 of those countries being represented in the Top 15. Overall, 112+ unique nationalities represented the entire Plei App this past month. The โBeautiful Gameโ in the flesh! โฅ๏ธ
We want to remind everyone that all players who make it into our monthly top 100 earn a free Plei App shirt! ๐
๐จREMINDER ๐จ: We no longer use one consistently updated link where you would all normally keep track of your leaderboard progress. Instead, a new link is provided each month. ๐
Here is the final list for the Top 15 players of April 2024!
As a reminder, here are the prizes for the Top 15 players (updated as of September 2022)!

Curtis is now officially a part of an exclusive group of ballers, forming an elite trident that already features Plei App greats Michael G and Ty S. ๐ณ
"I'm always happy, in every game, every win I keep writing my history, and I hope to do even more from now on." - Neymar Jr. ๐ง๐ท
Is this the beginning of a three-way Plei App rivalry similar to that of Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar? ๐
Will you climb to the top of the Plei App rankings in May? ๐ค
